How is information gathered?
Information is gathered generally through our pages, i.e. when you complete the form on our Request for Information page. This is information that you voluntarily submit. From time to time, we require information to provide you the opportunity to register for a conference or event or to download a white paper. Participating in an online survey is another example. Another example is when you log on to access information available in our discussion forums. It is complete up to your discretion whether you want to provide your information or not.
How do we use this information?
The information you provide helps us to determine the best ways of connecting with you. We value your time and want to connect with you better so that we may identify your needs, gather feedback and provide tailor-fit solutions as promptly as possible.

Can you get access to your information?
You are entitled to know whether the information we have about you is accurate and give you the right to change incorrect information about you. You can do this by sending an email to dtsinfo@dowco.com.
