Interoperability with Tekla Structures

Architects can work together with structural engineers or contractors using Tekla Structures software on a project. This Tekla advantage ensures that the architectural design intent is consistently compatible to the structural model being built at the construction site.

The Building Information Modeling workflow because of the unique XML link between Tekla Structures and Graphisoft ArchiCAD. This link allows architects and engineers to share and coordinate project information.

This ensures effective collaboration and referencing for both architects and structural engineers as well as support legacy formats, such as DGN and DWG with an AutoCAD drawing export, allowing engineers to create DWG files. The drawings can also then be imported into the architectural drawing environment for production or referencing.
